Property of 104 cuarteradas (75 Hectareas), located to
the southwestern end of the Mountain range of Tramuntana, just before the
island of the Dragonera. Dista 40 km of Palm, about 6 km of Sárracò
and 3 km of SanTelmo.
It belongs to the municipality of Andratx, and is one of the aridos sites
but of Majorca. The annual average temperature is of 17º the annual
Cs, average precipitations are of 400 to 500 mm, with indice of humidity
of 67 %. These factors condition a arido landscape and dry, accentuated
by diverse fires happened in different dates, I complete happened in 1994.
It resists the green and fertiles marjadas ones that cover one with valleys
of the property, on which the houses of the Trapa and the old trapense monastery
